Ingredients: Instant maize flour 98,4%, White Truffles 1,1% (equal to 5.5% of fresh truffles): dried Bianchetto Truffle 1% (Tuber borchii o albidum Pico), dried White Truffle 0,1% (Tuber magnatum Pico), flavourings.
How to use: Bring to boil 300 grams of water every 70 grams of polenta (for one portion), add the salt and pour the polenta flour, let it cook by stirring for about 6 minutes; at the end of cooking, pour the polenta in a tray and season to taste with oil or butter.
